EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

No Cash Refund Policy

Please note that Jhumar Studio does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do offer a flexible exchange policy. If you experience any issue with your purchase, you may request an exchange according to the terms below.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide the order invoice or proof of purchase.

Parcel Receiving & Opening Policy

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This serves as proof of the product's condition upon delivery.

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Inform the delivery rider immediately and contact our customer support.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Stitched or customized products

  • Altered or personalized items

  • Shrinked fabrics

  • Sale or clearance items

  • PRET / Ready-to-Wear products

  • Shawls, stoles, and scarves

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party stores

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchange Claim Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Or visit www.jhumarstudio.com

  3. Provide:

    • Order Number

    • Customer Name

    • Registered Mobile Number

    • Reason for Exchange

  4. Attach clear photos and/or the unboxing video showing the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Exchange approval

  • Return instructions

  • Shipping details (if applicable)

Items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Notification

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the exchange status.

If your exchange is approved:

  • Your replacement product will be processed.

  • If there is any remaining balance in your favor, Jhumar Studio may issue a store voucher for future purchases.
